Client Success Coordinator

Role Summary
The Business Development Manager role is extremely important and pivotal to the growth of Tyson Group. This position is responsible for lead generation as well as the sales conversion and repeat business for all owned accounts.
This position needs to ensure that deal sizes and margins always meet or exceed established parameters.Finally, this position is responsible for exceptional prospecting, evolving / improving sales conversion rate, customer service and development of overall sales strategy through Tyson Group training and coaching.
Specific Functions/ Activities Summary
● Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
● Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents and proposals
● Update internal CRM database with account information
● Manage Training Calendar
○ Coordinate meetings, calls and deliveries for Client Success Leadership & Sales team
○ Work with client admin and instructional team to confirm delivery dates and instructor travel
● Prepare executive summaries containing post-training survey results
● Active participation in weekly client success meetings

Qualifications
● Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar role
● Strong comfort level with an administrative heavy workload
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Strong work ethic and drive to excel
● Strong time management
● Ability to self-motivate
● Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
