His research and publications in leading journals like the Journal of Marketing Research and Management Science demonstrate his commitment to enhancing sales performance at every level.
His innovative approaches, including insights into social media’s role in sales and strategies for multigenerational management, perfectly align with our Sales Team Science™ framework.
