Mark Norman has been a leader in the training and development industry for 35 years.

Mark’s role as a sales trainer allows him to work with clients to improve leadership and sales effectiveness. He has worked with clients, such as Wells Fargo Advisors, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Baird, Bank of America, UBS Financial Services and Manpower.

Mark’s dynamic and unique style as a facilitator creates an environment in the classroom that pushes people to a higher level of performance. Mark owned and operated a Dale Carnegie franchise for fifteen years and received international recognition for his performance.

Mark has been married for thirty-nine years to his wife, Lee Ann, and together they have three children and one grandchild. Mark was an NCAA Division 1 golfer, and in his spare time he loves to travel and golf. Mark resides in the St. Louis area.
