Role Summary
​
The Instructor/Trainer role is extremely important and critical to the growth of the company. This position is responsible to develop, plan, execute and facilitate training/consulting with Tyson Group partners in an innovative, practical, and tailored way. Instructors will be expected to deliver and facilitate world-class training and development to existing and new partners.
*Potential Instructor/Trainer candidates will be required to be certified in our Tyson Group Core Competency program that will take place in person at our headquarters. During the session, you will be put through our programs to certify you as a Tyson Group Instructor. More details to follow once selected as a candidate for certification.

Specific Functions/ Activities Summary

Responsible for running effective and successful training programs for Tyson Group Partners

Be readily available for pre-training and post-training dialogue between sales/activation/delivery teams

Company Initiatives- Availability for company meetings/learning opportunities throughout the year

Be willing to share, create, and build new verticals within our training/development team to grow our business

Ability to travel multiple times in a month

Track record of successful training experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional results

Position is a flexible 1099 contracted position based on availability with potential for full time opportunity in the future
