Role Summary

The Senior Sales Trainer role is critical to the growth of Tyson Group. This position is responsible for developing, planning, and facilitating high-quality, customized, world-class sales training and talent development to new and existing Tyson Group partners.

Specific Functions/ Activities Summary


  • Responsible for running effective and successful training programs for Tyson Group partner while employing the highest standards of quality and excellence

  • Required to attend for pre-training and post-training dialogue between sales/activation/delivery teams

  • Required to attend company-wide initiatives, e.g. company meetings/learning opportunities throughout the year

  • Be willing to share, create, and build new verticals within our training/development team to grow our business

  • Ability to travel multiple times per month​​



  • Experience producing, facilitating, and delivering world-class sales training

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Strong work ethic and drive to excel 

  • Strong time management and organizational skills 

  • Ability to self-motivate

  • Open to coaching/continual feedback

  • Sales leader experience a plus

  • DEI/SEL training experience a plus
