Jon Shollenberger, Director of Business Development, Tyson Group

Jon Shollenberger partners with organizations across sports and entertainment, medical device sales, manufacturing, and distribution to drive business outcomes through customized training and consulting. As a certified Tyson Group trainer, he works with sales leaders and individual contributors to build the skills that get them to the results they are after.

Jon brings a perspective few trainers can claim: he sat in the participant’s seat first. During six seasons as a Premium Sales Consultant with the Dallas Cowboys, he went through Tyson Group training himself, and he uses that experience to show leaders how training produces real behavior change when it is built to the outcome the organization needs. His view is that sales, like any sport, is a skill set that can be coached and trained.

Before his time with the Cowboys, Jon opened his first restaurant at 19 and later managed the New England territory for Cooper Tire & Rubber Company before joining Tyson Group in 2021.

Based in Morrow, Ohio, Jon is a husband and the father of two girls. In his free time, he works with The Everyman Challenge, a nonprofit men’s ministry.
