JENNIFER CASSIDY
TRAINER & COACH
Jennifer Cassidy joined the Tyson Group in August of 2021. She has over 20 years of expertise in training executives, managers, supervisors, senior military officers, and their civilian counterparts. She became a certified trainer in 2000 and continued to deliver training during her 20-year military career. Her clients include Ford Motor Company, Capital One, AAA, Discover, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, Starbucks, Pfizer, Cisco, the World Bank, the D.C. government, and many federal government agencies. She is a certified virtual trainer and producer.
Between active-duty service commitments, Jennifer was a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Pfizer, Inc. Later in her career; she was a change management consultant and executive coach for senior executives of the Infomatics Division of Pfizer.
A retired Air Force colonel, Jennifer served as a Public Relations Officer, training general officers and senior Department of Defense civilians to develop and deliver messages to Congress, national and international news media, and the public. As a consultant, she created strategic and tactical communication plans and developed a training and coaching program for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Military Office of Defense. Jennifer was an Operations Manager for Amazon, leading her team in opening a brand-new 1.25 million square foot facility near Baltimore, MD. Jennifer has a B.A. in Communications from Penn State University, an M.A. in Public Relations from Webster University (St Louis, M0), and a Certificate in Training and Human Development from U.C. Berkeley. Jennifer resides in Annapolis, Maryland, with her three cats. She enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, and traveling in her free time. She’s also an avid reader, kickboxing enthusiast, and gym rat.
