Erin began her career at BMW Financial Services, working in their Learning & Development department. There, she realized her love of corporate training and development, and after two years, she moved on to join Dale Carnegie Training of Central Ohio as their Director of Client Services. As a lifelong learner, she left Dale Carnegie after six years to return to school to become a nurse. Upon graduating from nursing school, Erin worked at Springfield Regional Medical Center in their Cardiac and ICU Stepdown Units. During this time, Erin continued to be involved with Dale Carnegie training as a Dale Carnegie Course instructor. Erin joined the Tyson Group in April of 2021 as the Director of Executive Operations. Schaadt holds B.S. degrees in Business and Psychology from Grace College and a BSN from Western Governor’s University.
